Early Years Training and Development
REC's training and development service entails practical day to day support and advice on resources, layout of environments, considerations for supporting children’s play, child development and the role of the practitioner as well as practical ideas to support the implementation of the Early Years Foundation Stage Learning and Development Requirements.
REC's approach........is to assist with facilataing.... support and guidance that will empower and inspire everyone who works in the early years.
All of the information is enhanced with photographs of resources and/or children engaging in rich play experiences indoors and outdoors to highlight the ideas and suggestions. Most of the information is also available in a downloadable format. All the material on the Training and Development Area of this website is regularly added to and updated.

will conduct an external evaluation of your quality of practice and provision and challenge approaches to continuous improvement as a part of a Pre Ofsted or Post Ofsted ...... Youwillbe provided with a detailed report of findings which includes an Action Plan and how to achieve these through practice.
