When you hear the name Ofsted, how does that make you feel?
Are you prepared for your inspection?
Would all staff be confident in their abilities and knowledge during an Ofsted inspection?
R.E.C will conduct a.... inspection using the grade descriptors and judgements.
R.E.C will work with staff members to familiarise the team with the inspection process analysing individually and cohort areas of strengths and development.

Do you have evidence of your setting's quality improvement?
R.E.C will conduct an external evaluation of your quality of practice, provision and challenge approaches to continuous improvement as a part of a Pre or Post Ofsted audit. You will be provided with a detailed report of findings which includes an Action Plan and how to achieve these through practice.
We can also provide consultation support for settings in special measures who have been rated inadequate, recommendations or welfare notices.
